This circuit-training workout will incorporate a very intense 3-2-1 method of cardio, strength-training, and abs workout and will produce amazing results very quickly if followed correctly. Having owned the original VHS copies of Tamilee’s Buns of Steel and Abs of Steel, I can tell you that her timeless exercises are still just as relevant for today’s fitness enthusiasts, as they were then. I was very ecstatic to find that a DVD has been released which combines the best exercises from all of her tapes into one convenient package. I highly recommend this workout because it targets the areas women complain about the most: Buns, Abs, and Arms.

One of my favorite video series for beginners is Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds-Complete In-Home Walking System. I discovered the video series via an infomercial, soon after the birth of my second child. What I love most about this workout series is the fact that it gets you up off your feet, moving, burning calories, and walking with Leslie as your partner–all in the comfort of your own home. By the time you have finished the workout session, an easy 20-40 minutes has gone by, you have walked a mile, two miles, and even three–and you have hardly noticed it. This workout is also very easy on your joints and the routines are very simple to follow. Best of all, the DVD set comes with weighted balls for a more intense workout. If you prefer, you can start with your own two-pound weights and increase the weights gradually, to customize to your desired intensity level.
