Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle Tea Review

Menstrual Symptoms, Pms Symptoms, Rice Diet, Wu Long Tea, Yogi

Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle tea is supposed to help ease menstrual symptoms and PMS while Raspberry Leaf tea can, I’ve found, not only eases PMS symptoms, but can help you lose weight.

I decided to review the Moon Cycle Tea and compare it to my favorite Yogi Woman’s Raspberry Leaf tea which I started drinking after reading Dr. Elliot Abravanel’s “Body Type Diet and Lifetime Nutrition Plan” book. He suggested the Raspberry Tea for the Type T or Thyroid body types.

Other popular teas include green tea, Chinese Wu Long tea or Yerba Mate. Parsley tea is recommended for the Adrenal A-Types on Dr. Abravanel’s diet. Red clover tea is the pear-shaped Gonadal or G Type tea. Fenugreek Seed Tea is best for the Pituitary Type or T Type, according to Dr. Abravanel. But these two Yogi teas I reviewed are the best teas for PMS symptoms no matter what your body type as a woman.

Here are some things I learned about the Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle Tea from my review:

No. 1: Yogi Moon cycle versus Yogi Woman’s Raspberry Leaf tea in terms of taste: I definitely prefer the taste of the Yogi’s Woman’s Raspberry Leaf tea. The Yogi’s Woman’s Moon Cycle tea tastes better hot to me, while I can enjoy the caffeine free Raspberry Leaf Tea Raspberry Leaf Tea as a nice iced tea. The raspberry tea reminds me of black tea but not quite as strong. The Moon Cycle Tea has more of a spicy flavor with ginger and cinnamon to perk it up.

No. 2: Treating cramps and irregular menstruation: Both the Yogi Woman’s Raspberry Leaf tea and the Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle Tea helped me maintain a regular cycle, which is nice when you want to plan your month. I found I had more difficult time the month I skipped the tea compared to when I drank either tea.

No. 3: The Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle tea actually contains Raspberry Leaf in it along with other herbs. Here are a few of the ingredients in the Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle Tea in addition to the Raspberry Leaf: Don Quai Root extract, Chaste Tree Berry extract, Juniper Berry Extract, Fennel Seed, Ginger Root, Cinnamon bark, Chamomile Flower, Anise Seed and Parsley Leaf.

No. 4: Warning: Don’t take the Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle Tea while you are pregnant or nursing!

No. 5: The Yogi Woman’s Moon Cycle Tea is a product of Golden Temple of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. It is certified organic. Both teas are caffeine free.

If you have to sweet en your tea, try using Truvia, which is made with natural stevia plant. The teas pair nicely with ginger lemon English tea cookies such as Carr’s Ginger Lemon Cremes.

The Raspberry Leaf and the Chaste Tree berry in the moon cycle tea is used to alleviate PMS symptoms. Juniper Berry is used for water retention. I can, without a doubt, say it does work for that! I had zero bloating when drinking the Moon cycle tea, which is calming and the best tea for PMS.

In essence, I recommend the Raspberry leaf tea throughout the month to prevent PMS moodiness and also because it tastes great and is very refreshing. I recommend the Moon cycle tea for dealing with water retention, cramps and problems associated with PMS.

Drink four of five cups a day of the Moon Cycle tea the week before and during your period. I found it to be extremely helpful during a time of the month that is as difficult for me as it is for the ones around me! Drink the Raspberry Leaf tea anytime, especially to lose weight!
