1. Cut Out All Added Sugar: While not everyone is sugar senstive, many of us can be very negatively affected by consuming too much sugar. Too much sugar not only makes you more likely to gain weight, but it can also affect your mood. Switch to sugar free versions of foods and only eat foods that have no added sugar.
