Deciding to go on a juice only fast is a bit extreme and should be done with caution. You can always incorporate detox juices in with a healthy diet, and by limiting your intake of red meat and pork. Aim for food high in Omega 3 such as fish. Eat lots of beans, and try to stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks while going through your detoxification process.
