Whether your a stoner or just know a few, you probably know that the stoner holiday of 4/20 is right around the corner. And if you are planning your own pot party or just going to attend one you should be aware that stoner’s love to eat. This is because the THC (the active chemical in marijuana) stimulates a persons appetite and the smoke can give someone cotton mouth making them very thirsty. It is also claimed by pot smokers that marijuana actual enhances the taste buds and thus making good food taste even better. This condition is correctly referred to as “the munchies.” So to prepare you for what kinds of foods you will see during 4/20 I have surveyed a number of stoner’s to find out what they love to munch on. 10. Skittles- Apparently when your smoking pot you love to taste the rainbow. The fruity tastes are greatly enhanced by marijuana making it irresistible to stoner’s and its appeal is also because it is easily opened and not individually wrapped making consuming them not at all difficult when your spaced out on some Mary Jane.
9. Frozen Waffles- Stoner’s always love having a ready supply of frozen waffles at hand. Just pop them in the toaster and munch them down. Just perfect for the stoner who wants no fuss and no muss.
8. Hot pockets- mmmm these are a must have for any stoner. first of all they are easy to make and second they are not messy and third they taste great!
7. Popsicles- If your not feeling like you want something hot. Eat something cold. Popsicles are perfect for when you want a nice cold classic sweet cool and delicious the perfect addition to your stash.
6. Koo-laid- A favorite drink in the stoner community Koo-laid is just perfect for the cotton mouth you experience after a phat blunt and you will have a lot of giggles at making fun of the commercial “OH YEAH!!!”
5. Beer- For the over 21 stoner, beer and pot go together like dealers and plastic baggies but you don’t want to over do it, the objective of 4/20 is to be high not drunk!
4. Funions- Now we are talking serious stoner food! Funions is a stoner classic and no list of munchies will be complete without them. I don’t know what it is about them but when you just smoked up they taste like a slice of heaven. And have been featured as stoner food in stoner movies like: half baked and Scary Movie 2.
3. Chips in general- Corn chips, potato chips, BBQ chips. Put it in a air sealed bag and its all good. All you gotta do is crunch and munch.
2. Chinese Food- Chinese take out is a favorite of stoner’s for several reasons: First of all you don’t have to go get it they can deliver this is a major plus! Second the sheer variety of things you can eat kicks ass and third if you call the same Chinese restaurant you have been calling for the last ten years chances are they will know your order before you can even order it and thats freaking sweet.
1. Pizza- Now you are talking the greatest food ever created. The person who combined pot smoking with pizza should be given a stoney award! The cheese the crust and all the toppings plus its delivered and it has to be at your house by a certain time or its Free! Pizza and pot ya gotta love it.!
