When I ordered the Genie Bra, I was so excited I could hardly wait to receive the product. However, after 8 weeks and still no package I soon lost interest. When I called to inquire about my order, I was referred to the Genie Bra customer service website. Once in the site, I learned this company does not ship direct but through a lightweight shipping company named Streamlite. I found their email address online, tracked my package, and learned it would take an additional 2 weeks before the product would ship. Unfortunately, I waited 10 whole weeks before I finally received the bras! When I opened the package I was extremely surprised and disappointed to find a piece of sheer nylon that resembled a training bra, which had no comparison to what was advertised on the TV infomercial. The bra sizes come in small, medium or large and to be safe I ordered a large, but to my surprise it was a quite a challenge trying to pull the bra over my shoulders. After a 20 minute struggle, my boobs felt as though they were being squished in a mammogram machine, and I was totally exhausted. They were also flat as a pancake and the bra felt 3 sizes to small. I had absolutely no support or lift and it rolled upwards. Before I made the purchase I thought if I wasn’t completely satisfied I could wear it around the house, however after struggling to get it on and off, I immediately decided there is no way in hell will I keep a bra that causes extreme discomfort and one that fits tighter than support panty hose! The genie bra is downright uncomfortable, worthless and ugly! It’s hard to believe this company is allowed to advertise a product with such poor Dollar Store quality.
I am disgusted and disappointed, and would NEVER RECOMMEND this product to anyone. I paid $59.99 for 3 bras + $19.95 for p/h (processing and handling). I RETURNED THE PRODUCT ON MAY 28, 2011 AND AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. What’s sad is the product is shipped in a cheap, flimsy, thin plastic bag, but they do not issue a refund for the $19.95 p/h fee?! This shady company is selling poor quality bras (view my pics), yet are making $20.00 a pop off their cheaply made returned bras, and this is one of the biggest SCAMS going!
Before you consider purchasing the genie bra, I advise you to read the reviews below, then do your research by logging into the websites I’ve listed. Don’t waste your money! Had I read the reviews first hand, I could have saved myself $80.00. There has to be a stopping point and it should start today!

They advertise that you can get your money back but you have to pay shipping. By the time you pay the shipping charges you might as well keep the bras. Go back and look at the infomercial and when they have the 5 ladies standing up there together and you are trying to guess which one is the Genie Bra — ..look at the one that looks the worst and that would be the Genie Bra — because it is NOT the one that looks the best.
