Do you love Italian? Do you like pasta, pizza, penne, and salads? If you do than you should go check out Zas. It has great food for an affordable cost. Its located in Champaign IL.
The first time I went to Zas I was amazed at the amount of flavor in their dishes. My favorite dish, which I order most of the time I go in there is the shrimp marinara with Rotini noodles. If you like spicy dishes then you should try this. It has a spicy marinara sauce on it. If you are not into spicy they also have a regular marinara sauce. They have many different types of pasta to order. If you want something more traditional you can order their spaghetti with meat balls. Or perhaps you prefer white sauces over red, then you could order their Fettuccini Alfredo. It is very tasty and has thick yummy sauce on it. If none of the above meals sound good but you love pasta, Zas lets you create your own pasta. You get to choose the noodles which include such choices as Rotini, Spaghetti, and many others. You then get to choose your sauce which includes Alfredo, Marinara, Spicy marinara, and many others. Then you get to pick what you want in it. The choices include different kinds of vegetables, meats (chicken or shrimp), and a few other things.
If you are not into pasta you can also order a pizza. These are personal sized pizza. My favorite is the white Tuscany pizza, with its really good cheese, chicken, and garlic. There are also traditional pizza topping such as ham, pepperoni, and just plain cheese. Like the pasta you can also create your own pizza. You get to choose your topping which include meats and vegetables. You also get to choose your cheese and your sauce. I absolutely love their pizzas. They are certainly worth trying.
If you do not wish to have pasta or pizza you can order a salad. I would recommend the buffalo chicken salad. It comes with lettuce, tomato, cheese, chicken, and a few other things on top. Yet again if you don’t like spicy do not order this salad. If you prefer to make your own salad you may. You choose the vegatables, the meats, and the dressing. I prefer ranch but I know they have some other really unique dressings that you don’t find everywhere.
If you do not want any of the above dinners then you could order a sandwich. This is no ordinary sandwich. It comes on garlic bread instead of regular bread. I would recommend ordering a sandwich off their menu just so you can sample their garlic bread. Zas has the best garlic bread I have ever had.
So if you are looking for an affordable meal that is really tasty you should check out zas. It has a wide variety of meals on its menu. I believe they have something for everyone. But don’t just take my advice go try it yourself!
