The Secret Uses of Noxzema

Face Cleanser, Noxzema, Skin Tightening, Skincare Routine

Skincare and beauty enthusiasts have used Noxzema in it’s little blue jar for a long, long time. Though the packaging has become more various, the same great, versatile product still lies inside, waiting to fix a great number of problems you could be having with your skin.

This isn’t about how to use Noxzema to get gum from your hair or scuffs off your leather shoes (though it does work for both those purposes!). This is an article on how to effectively integrate Noxzema cream cleanser with other parts of your skincare routine to achieve fantastic, lasting results.

Noxzema is so incredibly popular because of it’s effectiveness. It does so many beneficial things for your skin, it’s hard to concentrate on just one. Using Noxzema to clean your face not only forces dirt and harmful oils right out of your pores, but it also evens out your complexion and tone. If you have any problems with dry skin, especially on your face, Noxzema will make quick work of it. It can cure dry patches, flaking and damaged skin, and even tighten sagging skin.

At least three times a week, I wash my face with Noxzema. This is a no brainer – if you want to get your face cleanser to work, wash your face with it! But there are other things I do with Noxzema from day to day as well.

Add a little Noxzema to your usual face mask, or if you don’t have a usual face mask product, simply add a few dabs of Noxzema to some kelp powder and water, stirring well. Apply to your face, leave on for 5 minutes, rinse, and viola! You’ve got a smooth, even skin tone that has a natural, radiant shine. Doing this along with washing your face with Noxzema will surely eliminate (or vastly improve) any acne conditions.

Another secret and very handy use of Noxzema, is to add it to your foot bath! Many of the top reasons for foot irritation in men AND women is prickly, excessive heat which can lead to dryness and itching. I love to take care of my feet and make sure they’re pretty all the time, so when I soak my feet, I always rub some Noxzema on the bottom and heel of my feet before I put them in.

There’s also a way to use Noxzema’s skin tightening and moisturizing effects right under your makeup. By taking a tiny bit of Noxzema and spreading it with your fingertips to the sides of your nose and under area of your eye, you can not only help to eliminate dark circles, but tighten that skin that can sag and make you look older! Rub it in very well and of course, let it sit for a moment before you apply your foundation.

Last but certainly not least, Noxzema can be used to help ensure the smoothness and moisture of your skin when you shave. Save your shaving for when you get out of the shower. Keep your legs wet, and rub a tiny, thin amount of Noxzema on your legs. Now use your favorite shave gel or cream, shave, and behold the great results! Your skin will feel smooth, you won’t get those red or dry patches even the most moisturizing of shave gels can leave behind, and it even helped your hairs to stand on edge to ensure a perfect shave! You can use this technique almost anywhere on your body.
