Although I didn’t see spectacular results with my hair using the Guarnier product I feel rather than say its a product problem I would have to say it’s the product on my hair that is the problem. Everyone is different and you need to experiment with different products to get the results you’re looking for. All these different products offer samples and that would be the way to go to introduce your hair to a new line. You also have to consider the type of water your home has. I have well water, very hard water with a lot of mineral content. When I go South the water is entirely different and the results I get from my products is of course, different.
