I started using Garnier Fructis Fortifying Cream Conditioner for Dry/Damaged Hair about 1 1/2 years ago. I was on vacation with a friend and forgot to bring my shampoo and condition. So I asked if I could borrow hers. I was in heaven the minute I opened the lid and squeezed some into my hand. What a wonderful mixture of fruit smells.
Once I shampooed my hair I applied the conditioner. It was nice and thick and worked through my long straight hair really nice. I let it set for a minute and then rinsed it out, I was enjoying the smell and didn’t want to rinse it out so quickly.
I towel dried my hair and then proceeded for the real test. Was I going to be ripping out hair or not. Well the answer to that was the brush went through my hair like a knife goes through soft butter. It just went through my hair so easy, no tangles, and hardly any hair left in my brush. That was an added plus.
Now for the second test, how was my hair going to be after I dried them. I got out the hair dryer and started to brush and dry, not only did my hair have a wonderful smell, it also had a nice shine to it and it helped give my hair a lift. I have a lot of hair but it is very fine and long. Well this added volume to my hair, as well as it was very manageable and soft.
It was not heavy on my hair as other conditioners are. So I decided to not put any hair spray on, and really see how well it managed my hair. No fly aways that day, and with it being windy out, my hair would just fall back into place once I was inside.
This is my idea of a hair conditioner. With using the “Garnier Fructis Fortifying Cream Conditioner for Dry/Damaged Hair now for about 1 1/2 years, I don’t see split ends, and don’t mind one bit leaving my hair down. It no longer looks scraggly. I color my hair plus I always have new white hair growing in, and this conditioner leaves my hair soft and manageable.
I also use the “Garnier Fructis Shampoo and Curl Shaping Spray Gel. I enjoy all of their products.
I love that the cap to open is on the bottom, so when I open it to use it I don’t have to wait for the conditioner to get to the opening. It is already there. Some of there other products come in a clear with a hint of green in the plastic, with dark green screw on cap, and the pumps or sprays are either dark green or bright lime green. They are easy to find on the shelf. With these old eyes that is and added plus.
