If you are pregnant and begin to experience this problem you should contact your doctor immediately. They will usually tell you to do several things, such as drinking more water. In most cases if you are constantly bloated is just means that you are constipated and experiencing some type of blockage which can make it hard for a person to pass a stool. A lot of women who are pregnant really just don’t realize how important drinking plenty of water is to your body. OF course if you were not in the habit of drinking lots of water before you were pregnant than it can be very difficult to actually drink your eight glasses of water per day. If you find that you are felling bloated in can make a pregnant women feel a lot more uncomfortable. In addition in to making sure that you get the proper amount of water intake you can also try eating plums or drink some prune juice. The reason why I say eat plums is because a lot of women do not like the taste of prune juice so it may be easier to just eat a plum. Either one will help to loosen things up and may help to get rid of the bloating pain that is associated with gas.
