If you’re a serious runner, you know the big expense that running shoes can become, however if you try to get by without getting good shoes, you’ll soon see and feel the effects of skimping in this regard. Shin splints, knee or hip pain, combined with early shoe wear will take hold very quickly.
In my house there are 4 serious runners, my 3 oldest girls and myself. The cost can become enormous for me especially during cross country and track season.
