Texture
This delightful frozen chicken product features several different textures, which meld together quite satisfactorily. When fully cooked, the chicken breast is fairly moist and real, not some type of by product. The breading adds a nice touch to the affair and the marinara sauce is nicely thick, with small pieces of cheese swimming throughout.
I must admit, when I first saw Barber Foods stuffed chicken breasts, their appearance sort of freaked me out. Almost rectangular in shape, the Barber Foods Chicken Parmesan resembles a little, breaded loaf. When I cut into it and ate the breast alongside some pasta, the different textures worked together well.

This is the third type of Barber Foods stuffed chicken breast that I have eaten. I must admit, their unusual appearance really made me wonder how they would taste. With all three varieties however, my curiosity was replaced with flavor satisfaction.
Like most consumers, I am used to chicken parmigiana / parmesan being made with flattened chicken cutlets, which are topped with marinara sauce and cheese. Barber Foods Chicken Parmesan features all of the same ingredients, it’s just that the shape of the finished product looks different.
The chicken breast in this product is real and fresh and the breading that coats it is nicely seasoned. The tomato sauce and cheese that fill the breast are tasty enough and they complement the chicken breast well. When eaten with pasta and vegetables, with garlic bread on the side, this item is quite delicious.
On a flavor scale of one through ten, I would assign Barber Foods Chicken Parmesan a rating of nine.

Barber Foods Chicken Parmesan is packaged in a cardboard box, with a white and yellow front label that features an illustration of the cooked, enclosed item. The box also lists all relevant ingredient and nutritional information, as well as cooking directions.
