Aubrey O’Day Shows Off Super Slim Figure

Danity Kane

Aubrey O’Day’s weight escalated after Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs fired the singer and dancer from the girl group Danity Kane. Before the firing the singer looked to be around 100-115 pounds. While her career struggled shortly after the star appeared to be packing on 160-170 pounds. After years of poor press and questionable career moves, Aubrey was given a second chance. She appeared in her own reality show “All About Aubrey.”

During the show I personally felt like Aubrey embraced her fuller figure. She seemed confident and happy in her own skin. However, that all changed when her own choreographer called her out on her weight gain. He told her “You’re looking a little hefty there.” After that the strong and confident Aubrey broke down in tears and said “I’m not 100 pounds anymore.” It seemed like after that argument Aubrey decided to make a change. She began working out and watching her portions. When she appeared on the hit television show “Celebrity Apprentice” she looked like she had lost 15-20 pounds.

Aubrey didn’t stop there. She tweeted a photo of her now unbelievably slim figure just today. In the tweet Aubrey said “I will not stop until I see at least one ab.” Some speculate that Aubrey’s weight loss can be credited to plastic surgery. While she definitely isn’t afraid of plastic surgery she also believes in hard work. Aubrey has lost an additional 25 pounds by making smarter food choices. Prior to her weight loss, she indulged in all foods comfort. High fat and carbohydrates are no longer Aubrey’s friend. Today she exercises at least 4 times per week performing cardio and weight training with a personal trainer. Her slimmer figure can be credited to dance training for her upcoming album as well. Many singers are pressured into making drastic changes when it comes to their figures. This time around Aubrey is the boss and making changes because she wants to. She says she would still like to keep her curves but wants to be a new healthy version of herself.
