Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

Acv, Healthfood

I am a living witness that one can actually lose weight and keep it off by regularly taking apple cider vinegar 3 times a day mixed with a little bit of organic honey or grade B maple syrup. I’ve lost 11 lbs in a matter of 2 weeks by drinking this delicious health drink consistently.

To start make sure that you have distilled or purified water available. Here’s a small tip. If you buy the 16.5 oz bottles that are located at most supermarkets, all you have to do is drink down half of the bottle and use the other half to mix your drink together. The reason why this is an automatic good idea is because we need to be drinking anywhere from 8 to 10 glasses of water per day so this way you are getting a full cup of water right before you chug down a bottle of your health drink. That’s an automatic 3 cups just by this method alone. Remember water is going to be one of the biggest factors in losing the weight and keeping it off. Water helps by flushing out all of the impurities and also helps to release the fecal matter from the colon. It works.

Next, make sure you go to some type of healthfood store like Henry’s and look for Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar raw-unfiltered apple cider vinegar “With the Mother” and Organic Honey or grade B maple syrup. I believe most people use honey for this drink. However, I do not like organic honey, so I decided to use Grade B Maple syrup because many people use it for cleansing diets. Plus, it actually sweetens the drink up a bit (more than the honey would), so that it is taste tolerable. I’ve developed a taste for this drink so it doesn’t bother me. There will be those of you who just have a hard time doing it. My solution would be 1 tablespoon more water and a tsp more syrup. Until it works for you.

The measurements are as follows. 4 tsp of Bragg’s apple cider vinegar 2 tsp of grade b maple syrup (or organic honey) added to about 8 oz of distilled or purified water. You can cut each measurement in half if you like. I perfer more. If it’s in a bottle, put the lid on it and shake, shake, shake it up! If it’s in a cup, just stir it until all of the syrup is dissolved. Also note that the syrup will not make you fat! I repeat it will not make you fat! There is no fat in it. Just calories. It’s not the syrup, but the amount of the syrup that should be of any concern. And believe me, 2 tsp of maple syrup 3 times a day is alright. Unless you have some sort of ailment limiting what you can and cannot eat or drink. You must know your body and see a doctor before trying any and all diet plans. Remember see a doctor! I did not, but that is my choice. o.k.

The benefits have been wonderful! I have so much energy everyday. I’ve literally gone from a sickly state where I was very tired and depressed. I couldn’t seem to get up and get moving. To getting up everyday, excited and ready to have my first drink! I have also experienced a suppressed appetite from drinking this consistently. I can now stick to a low calorie diet plan and feel just fine without pigging out or bingeing. I recently went out of town (down south) for 8 days. This threw my eating schedule out of the door. My family cooked and cooked and cooked. Didn’t you know, that’s what they do in the country. And they expected me to eat. It would’ve been disrespectful not to. Thank God I was able to keep drinking my apple cider vinegar 3 times a day. I was so nervous getting back on the scale after returning back to California after my trip. When I did, I was very surprised to see that I had only put on 2 lbs. Yes, only 2 lbs. That’s after eating every fried food you can think of plus cakes, fast food, high fat foods etc… I’m convinced had I not have taken the AcV health drink everyday 3 times a day. I would’ve easily picked up 7 to 10 lbs that week. Guess what? Once I saw what I had gained and got back to better eating habits, I lost those 2 lbs and 2 more within the next couple of days.

Before I go, I’d like to mention I do exercise about 4 to 5 days a week. Moderately. On my trip, I didn’t exercise. Also don’t worry about making mistakes and giving up. We all make mistakes, but once you realize what you’ve done just pick yourself back up and keep on going. I’ll share a blunder I’m experiencing right now as I type. My Aunt Flo is in town and since she’s been here I can’t seem to do anything but eat. I’m not talking about just a little. I’m talking about ALOT. I’ve had Doritos, Snickers, a burrito (filled with everything(at least 900 cals)) and other stuff. I just wanted to give you an example. I ran out of distilled water so I have not had my drink today and half of yesterday. So I know my body is trippin and taking in all that fat and calories. But guess what? So what! It was a mistake. I should’ve made sure to keep fresh water on hand. I don’t like sink water (uhuh). So I have to get back up and keep on going. After I go get some distilled water. So have fun with this and remember your weight goals are up to you! You can do it! Good Luck to you all! God Bless! P.s. Google “ACV and it’s benefits”!
