Amy Fisher Leaves “Celebrity Rehab” Angry

Amy Fisher, star of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, is having a difficult time adjusting to the media attention that her television notoriety is bringing.

The intense media coverage of Fisher’s recent non-evening news television appearances have been wreaking some havoc in the personal life of the “Long Island Lolita,” according to her Twitter posts.

“Being on TV isn’t as much fun as people think. Half world like u, half hates u,” she said.

Fisher is taking particular umbrige with internet exposes asserting that she has had plastic surgery on her face.

The pre-meditated porn star confessed to having breast implants, but assured her Twitter fans she has not had work done to her mug.

“I work very hard to stay attractive, but have not redone my face,” she said.

Fisher’s Rehab gig is also apparently making it difficult to make friends, both on and off set.

According to “Lolita,” her Twitter page has been jam-packed with names that she’s not seen since prior to her pornography stint a few years ago.

Fisher and husband Lou Bellera released a pornography film of the twosome in 2003. Video sales from the homemade flick inspired Fisher to embark on an on-again, off-again porn career.

“Amazing how many people will pop outa the woodwork when your on the TV,” she said.

While in Dr. Drew Pinsky’s Pasadena Recovery Center, Fisher wasn’t having a great deal of success making friends there, either.

“I made one super friend there (not telling who),” she said.

Although Fisher may not be talking, Twitter posts prior to airing of the series indicate that she likely developed a bond with former Mets pitcher, Dwight “Doc” Gooden.

Earlier this month, Fisher and Bellera both contacted Gooden on his newly added Twitter page.

Bellera doused the baseball great with compliments, and Fisher told Gooden that she missed him, “cheering me up.”

Celebrity Rehab airs on VH1, Sundays at 9 p.m.
