At Murasaki, they feature fresh and colorful sushi and sashimi, but they also feature a wide selection of very good (cooked) hot, dinner entrees. Beef tenderloin, tempura shrimp and pork tenderloin are standout menu items. Teriyaki beef, chicken, tofu and salmon are all available in various dinner presentations. Their exciting appetizers, including ‘Ocean Fois Gras’, Mussels Murasaki and Murasaki Dynamite( whitefish baked in spicy sauce ) are fantastic. An unusual offering is their selection of five salads, which are very good. Many noodle dishes are also featured. Desserts at Murasaki are definitely worth saving room for. Items such as green tea and ginger ice cream, shaved ice with red beans and mochi( sweet rice ice cream ) are all unusual and delicious. Pricey, yet worth it.
