This store has every kind you can imagine. I always find the most adorable personalized ones and they seem to always have the name I am looking for. A few doors down from the Hallmark store is Wishes and Dreams, a gift, home décor and craft store. Wishes and Dreams is out of the ordinary in that not only is it a gift store itself, but it also is a retail home to approximately 30-40 crafters who display and sell at the location. These are not crafts of the amateur or poorly done variety. These are one of a kind items that are more of the fashionable boutique quality. I visited the store again a few days ago, and almost every booth (as well as the gift store itself) is brimming over with Christmas merchandise. If you want a Christmas decoration that no one else has, you should certainly be able to find one that pleases you at this store. All of the prices are extremely reasonable and many are even sale priced at this time. Once you find this store, you will want to come back often just to see what is new. Some of the merchandise would be considered expensive, but most is moderately priced and some of it is very inexpensive. Check your local paper or their web site for their sales and coupons. Hobby Lobby has some great values in the store and they also have owners who have great values. I love supporting businesses whose owners are ones I can respect. It makes me much happier about giving them my money. Jo-Ann’s also runs weekly sales and by checking their newspaper ads or their website, you can get coupons that will give you dollars off of their already reasonable prices. Garden Ridge is an extremely large warehouse type of home décor store. It originated in 1979 in San Antonio, Texas and now has 36 stores in 13 Midwest and southeast states. Garden Ridge merchandise is very reasonable priced. This store has an almost inexhaustible supply of products that we love to use and decorate our homes (inside and outside) with and the store is already overflowing with holiday decorations. They also have good sales on top of their already reasonable prices. I believe that even if you can financially afford to shop somewhere else, good sense would dictate that you should take advantage of shopping for a bargain when you can. Garden Ridge is definitely qualifies as a bargain and I am glad there is one in the Arlington area. Hopefully, there is one in your area, as well.
