2. Wanna dance and have fun while getting in shape? Then you can’t go wrong with Richard Simmons’ “Disco Sweat”! This workout is low impact so it’s easy on the joints and a lot of fun. Richard incorporates easy to follow dance moves and interval training for 50 minutes of fat-burning fun.
