To the un- initiated, crepes are paper- thin pancakes, which can be filled with virtually any type of food, then usually rolled up in a tubular fashion. Service here is very, very good. All of the staff members are clearly experienced and are very good at what they do. An open kitchen with a wood- burning oven provides a source of entertainment while waiting to sample some of the exquisite food served here. Sparkling fresh salads are ample and presented tastefully. Pizzas from the wood- burning oven are delicious and are available with a variety of quality toppings. Many pasta and Italian specialty dinners are served at this fine dining restaurant in Canton, Ct, including their classic Osso Buco and many beef, chicken and veal dishes.
