Wedding Reception Dessert #2: Sugar Free Peach Angel Food Delight

If your wedding reception is buffet style you can do this sugar free dessert as a trifle in a large glass dish. If you are having individual meals, you can prepare this in a goblet or disposable margarita glass. You will have to gauge your ingredient purchase by the kind of dish you use to hold the dessert. For a trifle bowl, buy one sugar free angel food cake. Break it into one inch pieces and layer a portion of it in the trifle dish. Buy two large cans of sugar free peaches drain them but save the liquid. Use the liquid to mix with two boxes of sugar free instant vanilla pudding. You may have to add a little milk to thin the mixture out to get the pudding completely mixed. Then add a container of Sugar Free Cool Whip and mix well with a hand mixer. Add some of the pudding over the cake and top with some of the peaches. Add another layer of each.

If you are going to do this in individual dishes, you may not be able to do multiple layers and you may need to make your angel food cake pieces smaller. You will have to test this based on the serving dish you choose. A single layer of the ingredients will be sufficient, just be sure to get pieces of peach in each serving.
