Review: SinuCleanse Neti Pot Created for Sinus and Allergy Sufferers

Allergy Sufferers, Neti Pot Salt

Diane Heatley M.D. is an ear, nose, and throat doctor. She created SinuCleanse for allergy and sinus sufferers. It is a Neti Pot with 20 pre-measured packets of salt for cleaning out your sinus cavites and nasal passages I bought my Neti Pot for approximately $14.99 at our local CVS pharmacy. I am sure you can pick one up at any of your local pharmacies.

It looks similar to a gravy bowl or a genie’s lamp. You mix your pre-measured packet of salt in the Neti Pot with lukewarm water and place the nozzle of the Neti Pot into your nostril. You will have your head higher than your nose( picture that!) at an angle. Tilt your head and allow the liquid to pour through your nostril. It will run up the inside of the bridge of your nose and run out of the other nostril. You will repeat this on the other side. You can do this as often as you want to relieve allergy and sinus symptoms.

George on Six Feet Under is the first one I ever heard of using a Neti Pot. I loved Six Feet Under. I know he grossed out his wife when he demonstrated it on the television show. It has been used for centuries and has made a comeback for people who are tired of using massive amounts of medications for sinus and allergy relief.

You can use this SinuCleanse along with your other allergy and sinus medications. You may find that you will not have to use as many medications after using this product regularly. It is strictly natural with no addictive medications in it. The only thing that is used is warm water and salt. I hope to have a lot less sinus and allergy symptoms this spring.

I remember my grandmother sniffing a handfull of salt water up her nose. I tried it as an adult and felt a horrible burn up in my sinus cavities in my eyebrow area. The Neti Pot does not go up into your upper sinus cavities unless you use it incorrectly. Dr. Oz had a lady demonstrate it on the Oprah show and many of the audience members said that they have used it and have a lot less sinus, allergy and sinus infection problems after using a Neti Pot regularly.

The reason I chose this product, the SinuCleanse is because it had instructions and pre-measured amounts of salt. I figure that way I know if I am getting enough or not too much. I hope that it helps you. It is inexpensive enough it is worth the effort. I come from a long line of sinus and allergy sufferers and am glad to have found this simple solution. I am getting allergy shots and hope that with a combination of the two that I can cut out the expensive allergy medications. I don’t like the side effects or the cost.
