Special programs* offered at the Downtown Roseville Public Library are “Tot Adventures” offered on Saturdays from 10:30am to 11:30am. Tot Adventures” are for children 3 to 5 years old in which they will be read stories about food and then will do crafts and make their own snacks. The standard fee for this program is $25 while residents only pay $19. Another program offered at the Downtown Library is the “Love and Forgiveness” book club which is free and is held on Saturdays from 11am-12:30pm.

Special Programs* offered at the Martha Riley Community Library are the “Pinkalicous Party” which is free and is held on Saturdays from 10:30am-11:30am. It’s recommended to attend this royal party in your “fanciest” clothes. Also offered at the Martha Riley Community Library is the “Speed Reading” program offered for children from ages 9-12 on Saturdays from 11am-12:30pm and for children ages 13-17 on Saturdays from 10am-2:30pm. The fee for the “Speed Reading” program is typically $25 with residents only paying $17.

A Special Program* offered at the Maidu Library is “Music Discovery” for children 4 years and under on Wednesdays from 9:15am-10am in which the children will learn by playing instruments, dancing, and singing. The fee for this program is generally $97 with residents only paying $90. There is also a $30 material fee for this program. Also offered at the Maidu Library are the “Club Maidu” book club on Saturdays from 11am- 12 noon and the “Mystery Book Club” on Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm. Both clubs are free but you must be at least 16 years old to attend.
