Meltdown on “Celebrity Rehab 5” Set

Lou Bellera, the husband of notorious ‘Long Island Lolita,” Amy Fisher, pursued former Baywatch star, Jeremy Jackson, threatening to kill the 31 year-old actor.

Bellera confronted Jackson while visiting Fisher in the Pasedena Recovery Center where she was taking part in the fifth season of the VH1 television show Celebrity Rehab.

“Be careful the way you talk to my wife,” Bellera told Jackson.

Bellera, 60, has been married to Fisher, 36, since 2003.

According to Bellera, Jackson had, on at least one occassion, referred to Fisher as a ‘serial killer.’

In 1992, Fisher shot Mary Jo Buttafuoco as part of a love triangle gone awry. Fisher, then 17, said that she and Buttafuoco’s husband, Joey, were having an affair. Fisher plead guilty to assault and served 7 years of a 15 year sentence. She was paroled in 1999.

“I will kill you where you stand,” Bellera told Jackson.

Staff members intervened as Bellera pursued Jackson during an allotted facility visitation day.

Fisher and Jackson have both agreed to receive televised treatment at the California rehabilitation facility in return for payment.

Fisher has said that she chose to enter the facility to seek treatment for past drug and alcohol issues. Jackson is pursuing treatement for growth hormone abuse.

Both rehabbers completed treatment under the care of Dr. Drew Pinsky, with at least Fisher assumed to have saught aftercare in the confines of the show’s spinoff Sober House.

Fisher and Bellera released and promoted a pornography video starring the two in 2008.
