Lose Weight with Fiber Choice Weight Management

Insoluble Fiber, Soluble Fiber

Fiber choice has a new product out for weight management. This new fiber supplement has helped me lose 30 lbs along with diet and exercise. I’m going to share my secrets to losing 30 lbs in 4 months. This is based on my own experience so your experience may be different.

I purchased the weight management fiber choice from Kmart for about 14 dollars for 90 chewable tablets. The fiber choice comes in sugar free strawberry flavor. I have been taking the tablets for 4 months so far. The fiber choice has helped me to no eat as much by reducing my cravings. I did manage to find a coupon for a dollar off the fiber choice doing an Internet search for fiber choice coupon.

The fiber choice weight management only comes in strawberry flavor. If you don’t like strawberry your out of luck. The other non weight management fiber choice does offer different flavors. It would help if the company offered an assortment of flavors in the weight management fiber choice.

The instructions on the fiber choice bottle states chew 2 tablets daily. No water is needed to take this fiber supplement, unlike other fiber supplements that are dissolved in a glass of water or juice. Taking these tablets is more convenient for those of us that are on the run and can’t get to a water fountain. I put a couple of the tablets in my purse and I’m off and running. I have been taking them along with a glass of water to wash down the chalky taste of the tablets. I chew the tablet 4 to 5 hours prior to bedtime so the green tea in the fiber choice does not keep me awake.

The fiber choice has 4g carbohydrates, 4 grams dietary fiber, 4 grams soluble fiber and 200 mg chromium. The serving size is 2 tablets which equals 16 calories. They contain green tea and chromax.

I have taken them along with a diet free of whites. White are anything that is white such as potatoes, sugar, boxed foods, pasta, and white rice. I have replaced regular pasta with wheat pasta and white rice with brown rice and potatoes with blended cauliflower, milk and low fat margarine. I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables which are a great source of fiber. I usually eat a bowl of soup for lunch and 1 plate of food for my dinner. I’m not much of a breakfast eater but, I have eaten whole wheat cereals, whole wheat bread and oatmeal. When buying whole wheat bread make sure it’s not made with white flour. I do splurge about 2 times a month but, I don’t over do it.
