Is the Insanity Workout Really Insane?

Is the Insanity Workout really insane? That was what I first wondered when I first saw the infomercial for the Shaun T Insanity Workout Program while on a business trip in my hotel room in Anaheim. When I Workout I Workout hard. I was a college boxer, and even made a semi-pro track team so I am not just a typical weekend warrior. When I saw the infomercial they made Insanity look like it was the hardest Workout ever which was appealing to me and even more appealing the results promised were nothing short of miraculous. So after doing the Insanity Workout Program what do I think of Insanity now?

Well to tell the truth I think that you get what you put into Insanity. You could go into the Insanity Workout Program never having worked out and take it easy and be fine. But if you are giving everything you have during a full session and continue on the full time then you will be working hard. The Insanity Workout Program is not as new or special as it makes itself out to be. The Insanity Workout Program is just High Intensity training for the most part. The two things that I do have to give the Insanity Workout Program credit for are that while H.I.T. has been around for awhile now I do not think many others have made a video using H.I.T., the other thing is that it does go beyond just H.I.T. and intense cardio work, the Insanity Workout Program also covers muscle building strength training, and core work.

One thing that is tough about the Insanity Workout Program is that it is a 6 day program and if you are pushing yourself to the max then it can be hard when you are not getting the rest you need. I would actually suggest that people do not have to fill they need to go and do the Insanity Workout Program in the time that the program has for you, instead you should fill free to extend the workout. A good thing about the Insanity Workout Program is that it changes things up enough and covers all areas that this could become a good regular exercise routine for you even after you have completed it. The human body can get used to the same exercises every time but with the Insanity Workout Program you change up your routine enough that this will not be a problem.

The big question is does the Insanity Workout Program work. Of course it does if you stick with it. Not only does it offer exercise routines for you to do but the Insanity Workout Program also gives you food information to help you too. This food information alone could help you lose weight if you follow the nonactive guidelines. So following the program you are already eating healthier. By following the Insanity Workout Program you are also exercising regularly as well and if you did that with any program consistently you would be healthier then if you did not.

The biggest thing about the Insanity Workout Program is you get what you put into it. If you do work hard and follow the program then the program can really help you to grow and get stronger and look better. If you do not use the program all the time, do not push yourself when doing the program, and do not follow the nutritional guide then you wont get much out of the program. I do recommend the program to anyone who is serious about getting in shape and trying to get a better body.
