Many people are interested in energy healing today, whether for themselves or to heal others. Our bodies are compromised of four different energy bodies – the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional bodies. When these bodies are working in harmony, we feel vibrant, full of energy and at peace. Energy healing is a gentle way to help maintain our energy bodies and to offer ourselves self-healing, or to offer healing to others or even to offer healing to society issues or the world at large.
Here are some interesting energy healing books written from different perspectives. Enjoy!
