There are many causes of Arthritis and ways to control Arthritis. Some members of my family have this problem which affects them day and night. In this article I will discuss some reasons why Arthritis may affect us, how to ease the pain, and everything you need to know about Arthritis.

Arthritis is a sickness that affects people’s bones, joints, and muscles. It causes pain and discomfort in these areas of the body, which can become very painful. I will first discuss the symptoms of arthritis. As stated above arthritis causes pain in your bones, muscles and joints. The main areas that arthritis affects in the body are elbow, knees, wrists, shoulders, ankles, legs, and thighs. The areas that are affected the worst are where the bones form a joint i.e. your elbow. Arthritis causes muscles in your body to swell which can cause burning sensations and pain. Arthritis can also cause gout; this is when the foot or hands swell very big. When gout happens your feet and or hands look very bad and you’re usually unable to walk or use your hands. The hands or feet also get boils on them as well, which leads to more pain. Arthritis makes it difficult to move around because the pain in the joints is really intense. So basically arthritis is a painful problem that hurts deep into the bones.

The next topic I will discuss is the causes of Arthritis. Arthritis affects almost everyone across the nation causing pain throughout the body. One of the oldest causes of arthritis is old age. This is because as we get older our bones get more fragile and will hurt more easily. Another cause of arthritis is bad and cold weather. When the weather is cold, and stormy it causes muscles to get tight which causes pain and swelling in the joints. This happens to my grandma every time so I do know for a fact this happens. People’s weight can also cause arthritis; the heavier you are the more pressure your knees and hips will take on. People who abuse there joints and muscles by working hard jobs can also cause arthritis, by wearing down your joints. Arthritis can be caused by many factors work, weather, weight, old age and other similar factors.

The final topic I will discuss is how to cure the pains of arthritis. The first thing you can do if you have a lot of pain with your arthritis is take a hot shower this will relax your muscles. Another good step to take is use a hot or cold pad on your joints this will help ease swelling and pain. There are many ointments that you can get at your local pharmacy, i.e. bengay. Another helpful tool in easing arthritis pain is any anti-inflammatory substances such as omega -3 oils in fish. So many different fish or any foods with omega-3 oils will help in arthritis pain. Some other steps you can take are massaging your hurting joints at a slow pace, acupuncture, herbal supplements and other similar traits. These are some steps you can take to help you with your arthritis pain, but before trying these steps you should consult your doctor.

Arthritis is a painful illness that affects joints in millions across the nation. These pains cause your joints to hurt, swell, and ache very bad. Arthritis can cause your daily activities and nights to be very uncomfortable because of the pain. These steps are some reasons of the causes and ways to help with arthritis.
