I was looking for some tasty snacks to buy, while shopping in my local grocery store. I saw Bugles Original Crispy Corn Snacks and good memories came back. I remember buying this item in a red box many years ago. The Bugles Original Crispy Corn Snacks that I recently spotted are now in a bright red bag and have the number forty-three on it. I wondered why. I decided to buy these corn snacks and see if they had they same great taste that I remembered them having.
Bugles Original Crispy Corn Snacks had been a favorite childhood snack of mine and my entire family. We loved these corn snacks and could empty a box of them pretty darn fast. After purchasing Bugles Original Crispy Corn Snacks, I found out nothing has changed. I was delighted! These corn snacks were in a bag and on sale, so that did encourage my purchase of this product. They were well under two dollars. For a General Mills product, that is fantastic!
The story of the reason why the number forty-three is on the bag is explained by the fact that the original Bugles were introduced in the 1960’s, the same year that Richard Petty achieved some wonderful career car racing milestones. These great Richard Petty racing stories are shared on the Bugles Original Crispy Corn Snacks bag along with a cool picture of a dodge racing car with the famous number forty-three on it. The car has a Bugles logo on it, also. Not being a racing fan, it took me a minute to take this all in and conclude that it was a great racing and snack advertising sponsorship partner thing, but it did get my attention. The curiosity of why my snack had a number on the front of it made me pick up the bag in the first place. It was an attention getter. Bugles Original Crispy Corn Snacks still taste great and have the wonderful crispy corn flavor that I remember them always having. If anything, they tasted even better. They seemed less salty than I remembered them being, which is a good thing. This is a marvelous snack and it is truly original. I love them.

Bugles Original Crispy Corn Snacks still taste fantastic! I can find this product where I usually grocery shop. This snack is a high quality item and extremely affordable. I was amused to find out that this product is a winner on the race track and in the snack wars.
