The packaging also states that one size fits all, which means there is no need to worry about buying the wrong size and then having to go to the trouble of returning it for an exchange.

According to the packaging, Breathe Free™ with Drug-Free Nasal Dilator by Snoring Relief™ is not intended to help persons afflicted with the potentially life threatening condition of sleep apnoea. If you suspect that you or your spouse has this condition, try to monitor the snoring. It is characterised by loud snoring and obstructed breathing. Some sufferers stop breathing throughout the night for short periods of time. This causes sufferers to feel extremely tired throughout the daytime. Sleep apnoea should be diagnosed and treated by a doctor. Unfortunately, this product will not help relieve the symptoms. This product is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
Does it Work?
When my husband first put Breathe Free™ with Drug-Free Nasal Dilator by Snoring Relief™ to work, I noticed that he started to breathe more freely and easily without snoring soon after falling asleep. However, during the night, the nasal dilator fell off and the snoring resumed, but interestingly, it was not as loud as usual. When the nasal strip was used a second time the snoring stopped. It did resume after a while, but it was not very loud at all. I would say that this product does work, but it does not provide a miraculous “cure” for snoring. It simply opens up the nasal passages, making it easier for the snorer to breathe more easily.
No Side Effects
Some products that are intended to cure symptoms of snoring or other conditions leave people with side effects. But Breathe Free™ with Drug-Free Nasal Dilator by Snoring Relief™ does not have any side effects.
This product helped to ease my husband’s snoring and I was able to receive a better night’s sleep after he tried this product. But the nasal dilator fell off during the night. It cannot produce the desired results for long if it falls off!
