Brad Pitt Workout – Fight Club Body, Anyone?

Fight Club, Tyler Durden

I know there will be some bloated bodybuilder meatheads who will say Brad Pitt was too thin for his role as bad-to-the-bone Tyler Durden…but I think the lean and ripped body is much more appealing to women (sorry dudes).

To build your very own “Fight Club body,” the next logical question to ask would be: “What is the exact Brad Pitt Workout for Fight Club?”

Let me tell you, Brad Pitt’s workout routine for Fight Club was anything but spectacular. If you want to see the specific routine he used to transform into Tyler Durden, just check out that link above (I did an in-depth review of Pitt’s workout on my blog).

Don’t get me wrong, his workout program produced great results for him – it’s just that most people aren’t as lean and toned as Brad Pitt was before he started training for Fight Club.

Therefore, most people will want to take a different approach to building their Tyler Durden body. If you need to lose fat yet, you’ll need a more aggressive fat-burning workout plan. If you’re super skinny, you’ll want to follow a workout routine that is more conducive to adding clean muscle mass.

Either way, Brad’s workout routine will only produce the same results as he experienced, to a select few people who have the same build as him pre-Fight Club. Are you catching my drift?

So to get a Fight Club body, you need to have a more individualized Brad Pitt workout that is tailored to your specific starting point. You’ll want to consider how much fat you need to lose yet to get deep into the single digit body fat percentages. Also, will you need to add additional muscle to your body frame to achieve Tyler Durden’s muscular, ripped look?

Once you accurately and honestly answer those questions, you’ll want to attack the fat loss first and foremost. Don’t waste your time bulking if your not below 10% body fat – trust me, it won’t look good until you’re absolutely ripped like Brad Pitt was in Fight Club.

Once you’ve successfully leaned out, then you can focus on filling out your rock hard muscles where need be, to resemble the Fight Club body. Just don’t go overboard with the bulking phase, as this can add back the body fat you worked so hard to get rid of initially.
