Alpenglow Stube. Fine restaurant is situated on the North Peak in the Outpost Day Lodge. It takes two gondola rides to get to Alpenglow Stube, which is at an elevations of 11,444 feet. The elevations makes Aplenglow Stube the highest AAA Four Diamond restaurant in North America. Award winning chefs create contemporary cuisine with a Bavarian accent. Alpenglow is the German word for “mountain glow,” referring the the vibrant orange colors glowing off the mountains in the east as the sun sets in the west. Stube is a German word referring to a comfortable place.

For a unique experience, allow the team of chefs to prepare a six or seven course meal that showcases their abilities. Diners can also choose to select their own meals ala carte. Entrees include Colorado Lamb Chop, Hardwood Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Rotisserie of Muscovy Duck and Mustard Crusted Elk Chop. Keystone Ranch Restaurant. This restaurant is in a 1930’s ranch homestead on the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. The Ranch has a rustic western atmosphere in which to enjoy Colorado cuisine and wild game specialties. The menu features entrees, including Australian Waguy Rib-Eye Filet; Grimaud Farms African Pheasant with puff pastry and foie gras; Day Boat Sea Scallops with artichoke and black truffle ravioli; and Arctic Caribou Tenderloin & Chop with mixed berry polenta cake. Big Horn Steakhouse. Steakhouse enjoys breathtaking views of the Continental Divide and Keystone Lake The Bighorn Steakhouse is located in the Lakeside Village in Keystone Lodge and Spa. Bighorn serves only the finest cuts of corn-fed American beef. Entrees include Prime Rib Au Jus, Filet Mignon in smoked tomato hollandaise, Top sirloin with hickory campfire rub, New York Strip with mad miner whiskey butter and Roasted Colorado Lamb Top sirloin.
