When I started the Weight Watchers diet the number one place I needed to give up that I didn’t want to was Cold Stone Creamery. Cold Stone Creamery has a lot of great choices of ice cream, toppings and candies that you can have mixed in your ice cream. Occasionally, I can still have Cold Stone Creamery if I used my bonus points and I’m careful about what toppings and candies I use. Here is some information on Cold Stone Creamery’s ice cream, toppings and candies according to the Weight Watchers diet.

Weight Watchers Diet: Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream
I won’t go through all of the different flavors of ice cream that Cold Stone Creamery has to offer because there are a lot. I will only go over some of the more popular choices. Also each flavor will have three point totals. These are for the three different sizes I Like It, I Love It and Gotta Have It.
Banana Ice Cream – 9, 15 and 21 points
Cake Batter Ice Cream – 10, 17 and 24 points
Chocolate Ice Cream – 10, 16 and 22 points
Cookie Batter Ice Cream – 9, 15 and 22 points.
Dark Chocolate Ice Cream – 8, 13 and 19 points
French Vanilla Ice Cream – 10, 17 and 23 points
Mint Ice Cream – 10, 16 and 23 points
Peanut Butter Ice Cream – 11, 19 and 26 points
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream – 10, 16 and 23 points

Weight Watchers Diet: Cold Stone Creamery Mix-Ins
At Cold Stone Creamery there are different items you can have mixed into your ice cream. These are how many points they are in the Weight Watchers diet. Keep in mind that these points are added to the amount of points of the ice cream. Also the amount given in the Weight Watchers diet might not be how many of that item they use at the Cold Stone Creamery.
1 Piece of Brown – 4 points
1 Piece of Cookie Dough – 4 points
1 oz of Graham Cracker Pie Crust – 2 points
1 oz of Granola – 2 points
1 oz of Marshmallows – 2 points
3 Nilla Wafers – 2 points
2 Oreo Cookies – 3 points
1 oz Oreo pie crust – 4 points
¾: Cold Stone Creamery Fruit
If you enjoy adding a little fruit to your ice cream then you’re in luck because they are good for you. Unfortunately fruit can not deduct any of the Weight Watchers points you’ve already deducted but many of them are low points or no points at all.
½ Banana – 1 point
¾ oz of Black Cheeries – 2 points
¾ oz of Blackberries – 0 points
¾ oz of Blueberries – 0 points
1 Maraschino Cherries – 0 points
¾ oz of Pineapple Chunks – 0 points
¾ oz of Raspberries – 0 points

There are also many candies that can be mixed into your ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. These are the amount of Weight Watchers points for each of these candies.
