Established in 1826, the Union Oyster House is the oldest restaurant in Boston as well as the oldest restaurant in continuous service in the United States. So for great seafood as well as a piece of Boston and U.S. history, the Oyster House is a great place to visit. No worries if the kids don’t like seafood, there are children’s menus for both lunch and dinner that contain non-seafood items such as hamburgers, spaghetti and meatballs, grilled cheese and chicken tenders. Menu items range from about $12 to $20 for lunch and $20 to $30 for dinner (not including market price items).
