Costumes they are featuring now include Jack Sparrow, Ace Ventura, Wood the Sheriff, Wonder Woman, Indiana Jones, Dora the Explorer, Dr. Evil, the Joker, Johnny Storm, and Spiderman. Their child’s menu offers popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders, cheese pizza, chopped steak, buffalo tenders, and pastas. For adults there are endless possibilities including slow cooked prime rib and seafood dishes.

The Rainforest Café is located on the majestic Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio. The restaurant is decorated with lush vegetation and animals natural to the rainforest. For the kids enjoyment there are several animals roaming around ensuring a great time had by all. Cha Cha the tree frog, Tuki the baby elephant, Nile the crocodile, Bamba the Gorilla, and Maya the Jaguar as well as several other rainforest animals are there to help the kids explore the rainforest. By just joining the Safari Club one will receive $10.00, discounts on food as well as merchandise, priority seating for parties of 6 or less, and member exclusive emails. The Wetmore Smokehouse and Saloon housed in the original building that Jacob Wetmore built to house the town’s first general store and café. Wetmore founded Wetmore, Texas in 1880. The Wetmore Smokehouse is located at 13525 Wetmore Road. The Wetmore Smokehouse and Saloon offer kids a chance to get up and move in their play area. The play area can be seem from the outdoor dining patio allowing parents to sit and visit while keeping an eye on the kids. They have live music Friday and Saturday nights from local bands. Bands usually begin between 7 & 8 p.m. Friday November 26, 2010 they will be featuring traditional country music by Slim Roberts and Texas Weather. Appetizer selections vary from cheese fries to fried Jalapenos. They serve individual plates, meat by the pound, or family style dining. One can order the ½ pig out, enough to feed up to 7 people for just $59.99. The ½ pig out includes full slab of ribs, 1 lb. of sausage, and 1 lb. of brisket, ½ BBQ chicken, and a pint of beans, potato salad, and cole slaw. Monday through Wednesday kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée.
