The Regular Lager is light in both body and color. The Amber Lager is medium bodied with either a reddish-brown or copper color.
The Light Lagers have a very clean and crisp taste. They are a lightweight beer that is highly carbonated. The Light Lagers have a light to mild malt sweetness, which enhances their flavor. To achieve this flavor, additives such as corn, rice, other grains or sugar are used. Hops are used on a very limited basis to eliminate any bitterness to the flavor or aroma. Amber Lagers will range from a reddish brown to copper amber coloring. These particular beers are of medium body weight.
