Top 10 Fall Martini Recipes

With Fall upon us, here is a list of some of my favorite Autumn martini recipes I would like to a pass along for your pending deck and patio party. Additionally remember, please drink responsibly.

The Woo Woo Martini Recipe

6 parts cranberry vodka
1 part peach schnapps
Lemon twist

Phil, the resident Mixologist at UpFront & Company, located in Marquette, combine the liquid libations in a stainless-steel cocktail shaker along with cracked ice, where he then shook well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnished with strawberry.

The Key Lime Martini

Graham cracker crumbs, for rimming the glass
2 lime wedges
6 T. vanilla flavored vodka
1/4 cup key lime liquor
2 T. pineapple juice
2 T. heavy whipping cream
Ice

Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a shallow dish. Rub a lime wedge around the edge of a martini glass and roll the edge in the graham cracker crumbs. Chill the glass for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Combine the vodka, key lime liquor, pineapple juice and cream in a shaker. Fill the shaker half full with ice and shake until well blended. Pour into prepared martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

The Tan Blond Martini Recipe

Two oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
One oz. Johnnie Walker Gold Label
One oz. Drambuie

Phil mixed the ingredients in mixing glass, and stirred in ice as to a chill the mix and strained it into my new hep-cat styled glass the Up Front just recently purchased.

The Hep Cat Martini Recipe

6 parts berry vodka
1 part dry vermouth
1 dash sweet vermouth
1 dash Cointreau

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

The Hot & Dirty Martini Recipe

6 parts pepper vodka
1 part dry vermouth
1 teaspoon olive brine
Olive stuffed with pickled jalapeno pepper

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with olive.

Lets face it, everyone likes some drink or another with the “sex on the…” something, somewhere or on someone moniker. Why not a martini? It’s a favorite at the famous Four Season’s.

Sex in the Pool Martini Recipe

2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. White creme de cacao
1/2 tsp. Blue curacao
1/2 tsp. Grand Marnier
Fig half for garnish

Pour liquid ingredients into mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir to chill. Strain into your Swank Martini Glass and garnish with fig half.

The Parrot-head Martini Recipe

6 parts silver tequila
1 part triple sec
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Lime twist

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime twist.

The Spring Cooler Martini Recipe

Refreshingly minty.

3 Mint sprigs
1 tsp. Superfine sugar
1 oz. Lemon juice
2 1/2 oz. Vodka
Mint sprig for garnish

Muddle mint, sugar, juice, and vodka in bottom of mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into your Swank Martini Glass and garnish.

1/2 oz. White creme de menthe
1 oz. Apricot brandy
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
Mint sprig for garnish

Combine liquid ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your Swank Martini Glass and garnish.

The Waikiki Martini Recipe

6 parts pineapple vodka
1 part dry vermouth
1 part Lillet blanc
Pineapple wedge

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.
