The Secret of Bean Sprouts that Makes People Young

In my article How Can He Be10 Years Younger In One Year, I have mentioned that the new diet makes my friend Amy’s husband, George 10 years younger in 12 months. According to his doctor, George’s physical health has improved tremendously in one year.

Of cause, I am very happy for Amy and George. But in the same time, I really want to find out the main reason why George’s daily food can change his whole being in 12 months. I have been doing research on green tea, lemon, rice vinegar and walnuts, and I have found there are many great elements in these things. However, the main element that makes George much younger inside and outside is in the raw sprouts that he is eating twice per day.

In the book Super Nutrition Gardening, the author Dr. William S. Peavy said that sprouts are one of the most complete and nutritional foods. Sprouts are real life vitamins, minerals, proteins, and enzymes. Also, sprouts have a regenerating effect on the human body because of their high concentration of RNA, DNA, protein and essential nutrients, which can be found only in living cells.

The greatest thing from sprouts is enzymes, which forms an important part of our daily lives. Enzymes aid us in the digestion of all the proteins, starches, and fats. As we ageing, we loose our ability to produced concentrated digestive enzymes. Therefore, we are getting less able to obtain the vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients in our food.

Dr. Edward Howell, a researcher said,”When we get enzymes from our food, it spares our body from having to make such concentrated digestive enzymes. This sparing effect increases the activity of all the other enzymes in our body. Eating enzyme-rich foods such as sprouts allows our body to maximize its production of non-digestive enzymes, and that helps us produce an adequate level of enzymes all our life. And the higher the level of enzyme activity, the healthier and biological younger we are going to be.”

No wonder George can be so much younger in one year. He is getting the great benefit by eating raw bean sprouts every day. Sprouts can grow from the seeds of grains, vegetables and beans. Perhaps, sprouts from beans are the most common and the cleanest source of all sprouts.
Since sprouts are living food, they need to be flesh. If they are not flesh, the enzymes and vitamins will decline rapidly. We do not know how flesh the sprouts are in the market. Therefore, it is better to grow our own bean sprouts at home.

You can use mung bean, soybean, green bean, lentil, and garbanzo to grow your own bean sprouts. Chinese only use soybean and green bean to grow sprouts. The Chinese has discovered the nutritional value of bean sprouts thousands of years ago. My friend George is eating raw green bean sprouts everyday. Please remember that high temperature will kill enzymes. It is better to eat cleaned but uncooked sprouts.

I am going to eat raw bean sprouts soon, and I wish all my friends, including you can be 10 years younger in 12 months.
