Well, The Fish Market is definitely where you need to be. besides having a seafood list the would make the Atlantic Ocean proud, this restaurant has enough going on to keep any customer coming back for more.
Located at 7611 Old Branch Avenue in Clinton, Maryland, The Fish Market was created in 1976 by the Giovannoni family. Like the beautiful son and daughter the Giovannoni couple has raised, they nurture this restaurant to be all it can be and its still getting better with time like the many wines its spirit shop offers.
The wait staff exude a friendly customer service that any restaurant could take lessons from. The best part of the environment is on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays when the house band plays. What’s even more unusual, is that Rick and Sherry Giovannoni are involved more than any owners I have ever seen. On any given night Sherry can be seen dancing to the beat of the music and mingling with the customers and Rick is the drummer in the band. Wow! Anytime the owners are this involved, allows the customers to feel important, while being given the ability to connect with Rick and Sherry as more than just seafood eaters.
The best place for dates, girls’ night outs, or guys’ night outs, you definitely are missing out if you don’t try The Fish Market at least once.
I go to this restaurant two to three times a month and I am never disappointed. Enjoy!
