Beginning in February, 2007, American Idol season 5 winner Taylor Hicks is heading out on the road for his first post American Idol solo Taylor Hicks concert tour. Taylor Hicks has said often that he is very excited to get back out on the road and start doing live performances. For 10 years Taylor has played live and this is the way he loves to perform. The Soul Patrol is also very excited for him to start his tour. The first Taylor Hicks concert date is February 21, 2007 in Jacksonville, Florida. Those who have seen Taylor Hicks live all agree on one thing. That one thing is that Taylor Hicks live is an experience that you will thoroughly enjoy and remember. Some have followed Taylor Hicks to wherever he was at pre- Idol to enjoy the music that he so much loves to do.
Fans were won over during the American Idol concert tour once they saw him perform. He has a way to draw you in and make you love the music has much he does. Several reported that the other idols were fun, entertaining, talented, and they all meshed with the idol “look and sound”. Then there was Taylor, who is so different from any other Idol winner. He just has a different vibe. They said you can tell he has been doing this forever and how much he loves it. They said the concert went from a light, carefree vibe to a more mature, serious musician vibe. They said Taylor Hicks is just a true talent and can carry a show on his own. I have not seen Taylor Hicks perform live yet but April 24th that will change, when I attend the Taylor Hicks concert tour in Columbus, Ohio. I know this concert will be one very well worth attending. Taylor will be singing 28 to 30 songs. He will sing songs from his new CD titled Taylor Hicks, his pre-idol CDS In Your Time and Under the Radar and lots more.
