Preparation
Clean your face with a gentle cleanser than pat skin dry. Apply a gentle eye cream to the eye area. Touch the cream with your finger then tap it into place on your lid and underneath the eye. Eye creams work as a base that grabs makeup and keep it in place. Tap concealer on the eye area. Use a concealer that is slightly lighter than your skin tone. Use your concealer sparingly. Alternatively, you can skip the concealer and apply an eye primer instead. Apply the primer in the same manner, sparingly and tapping it into place.
Shadow Applications
Pick two colors for your eye shadow palette. You need a light colored highlighter and a dark accent color. Tap an eye shadow brush with a slanted tip across the dark eye shadow. Sweep the color across the lash line from the inner eye to the outer eye. Lift the color up slightly at the outer sides of the eye.
Next, tap the eye shadow brush across the dark eye shadow. Draw an arc in the eye crease joining the upper and lower lids. Now use an eye shadow brush to fill in the area you drew. Use small circular motions to apply the eye shadow.
Then, use a different eye shadow brush and tap the brush over the light eye color. Sweep the color right under the brow bone. Then move the brush into circular motions over the entire eye area. Blend the colors together carefully with controlled strokes.
Eyeliners

Mascara
