Sometimes you can find the same DVD or CD both new and used. There is a separate section for used DVDs, and they are marked so that you will know which sections are for the new and used DVDs. Experiences may vary per customers, but as a long time customer I have never had a problem with any of the used CDs or DVDs I have bought.
