The Amy’s soup has just the right amount of black pepper for spice and evaporated cane juice to balance out the acid from the tomatoes. The Amy’s tomato soup pairs perfectly with a grilled cheese sandwich made with the healthier Ezekiel sprouted grain bread.
I like the fact the Amy’s tomato soup is not too sweet and is gluten free. It’s a nice blend of tomato and a little cream.

I purchased the Amy’s Organic Cream of Tomato Soup from Whole Foods Market. It heats up quickly on the stove top, but don’t overcook.
