How many of you have ever been to Florida or live in Florida? Well if you are one of these people here as some funny laws that still exist in Florida. You may want to look them over because if you are unaware of them you could find yourself in some trouble. I found a few of this laws about Florida stated on dumblaws.com.
One law in Florida states it is illegal to sell your children. This is concerning to me after reading this because why would anyone want to sell there children and also, I am curious who this law to in effect. Its not every day you see someone selling their children. Can you just imagine if LeBron James parents sold him? I am sure they would be quite angry with theirselves.
This law in Florida states women may be fined for falling asleep under a hair dryer, as can the salon owner. For all you women out there that like to get your hair done or high lighted next you go to a salon make sure you something to read and not fall asleep.
Another law in Florida states if an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as itwould for a vehicle. All I can say is wow. That would really make my day to see some one riding an elephant through town and then park the elephant as it was a vehicle. Seriously, if you are using an elephant for transportation then you have a serious problem.
This particular law in Florida states having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal. Who in their right mind would do this man or woman. For one that is just disgusting and two ouch! Then again if I was a doctor it would make my day for some one to come into the hospital for being prick by a porcupine while having sex.
In Florida the law states when having sex, only the missionary position is legal. Well for one consider me guilty on that law as I am sure the whole state of Florida is guilty.
This law states you may not fart in a public place after 6 pm. This is really funny to me just because it say after 6pm. So everyone its ok to fart in a public place but after 6 pm watch out.
Also, in the state of Florida it is considered an offense to shower naked. Ok, how does on shower and clean their self? Consider me guilty on this as well. If I was to have a police record then please let it be for taking a shower naked.
In Dayton Beach, Florida a law states the molestation of trash cans is banned. These laws just keep getting better and better. However, if you molest a trash can then please seek profession help.
In Destin, Florida a law states torpedoes may not be set off in the city. If Florida allows you to own torpedoes then maybe the U.S. government should look for members of Al Queda in Destin, Florida, just a thought.
In Pensacola, Florida a law states citizens may not be caught downtown without at least $10 dollars on theirperson. My word of advice would stop by an atm machine before you go downtown in Pensacola, for having less than that you are in trouble. If you are broke then just stay at home.
Also, in Pensacola, Florida a law states a woman can be fined (only after death), for being electrocuted in abath-tub because of using self-beautification utensils. If I read that right it stated only after death. That is rude. Although, if you surive ladies you are in the clear but if you don’t make it then I guess they will come after in the after life to collect your debt.
In Sarasota, Florida a law states if you hit a pedestrian you are fined $78 dollars. Seriously, is that it just $78 dollars. I personally have a road rage problem especially with pedestrians, so if its only going to cost me $78 dollars then I would suggest you move out of my way when you see me driving. I am only kidding, just being sarcastic.
Well after reading those laws I am more aware that the next time I take a vacation to Florida or to any of those cities. I will make sure that don’t violate the law. However, if I do get fined or arrested for some of those laws especially for showering naked, look for me to be on every news channel for keeping good personal hygiene.
