Skinny Cow Cookies N Cream Review

Cookies and Cream, Dove Chocolate, Dulce De Leche, Skinny Cow

Skinny Cow Cookies ‘N Cream comes in miniature Skinny Cow ice cream cups that are perfect portion control for people on Weight Watchers or calorie restriction diets.

I tried the Skinny Cow Cookies ‘N Cream ice cream cups for my review, but had to hide it in my freezer from my son who is a major fan of Cookies and Cream ice cream!

Individual containers are popular right now. I recently reviewed “A Taste of Carvel,” which came in a small size.

I don’t recommend the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cups Cookies ‘N Cream for anyone on a gluten-free, dairy-free diet or people who are avoiding sugar such as Type T/Thyroid Types on the Body Type Diet or people who are avoiding dairy such as Type P/Pituitary Types. It’s also wise to avoid it if you would not consume high fructose corn syrup. Food manufacturers can and will change the formula for their products if there is consumer demand!

Here are some important things to know about Skinny Cow Cookies ‘N Cream:

No. 4: Other Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cups flavors include chocolate fudge brownie, caramel cone, strawberry cheesecake and Dulce de Leche.

No. 5: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cookies ‘N Cream flavor does contain gluten and dairy as well as high fructose corn syrup.

I enjoyed the taste of the Cookies ‘N Cream ice cream which vanilla ice cream and nice chunks of cookies. After having a few bites for my review I hid it back in the freezer, but I found the remains of the package in my son’s trash can!

Skinny Cow’s Cookies ‘N Cream is, in esssence, a junk food/diet food, which is not ideal for health or long term weight loss.

I can’t give Skinny Cow a good review because of the high fructose corn syrup used. It’s not food for children or for dieters even if the product has 2 points for Weight Watchers or 150 calories.

Skinny Cow Cookies ‘N Cream Review: 3.5 out of 5 stars for taste and two out of five stars for nutrition.
