Your loved ones will understand that you are going through rough spots because you are trying to quit. They will be pleased with the end result though and so will you. Don’t give up your efforts because it is difficult. It will never be as easy as it is the first time you attempt to quit. The more often you try to quit, the harder it becomes to do so.
