Women’s self defense is a very important subject that has received much attention as of late. The country is at war, crime is on the rise, and people are losing their minds. A woman’s safety is important and so is knowing proper women’s safety & self defense. Although self defense classes for women are the best option in preparing oneself, it is not the only one. Below are a set of self defense techniques that any woman can use to fight off a male perpetrator.

The best women’s self defense attack is a groin attack. It is considered the number one women’s self defense technique worldwide. Every man and woman already knows how to perform it. The problem is that most are too scared to try. People are scared that they will only tick off their aggressor even worse. Plus, a groin attack has to be timed correctly. Considering the sensitivity of a man’s groin, a man typically protects it at all costs. This means that you must surprise the man to ensure the groin attack goes through without a problem. If you fail, you will only piss off your assailant and face an even worse experience. Therefore, the fear most feel is very understandable. The only way to conquer the fear is to understand how to perform the groin attack correctly.

The first form of a groin attack is performed with the knee. Grab a hold of both hands of your attacker and then strike his groin with your knee. It is important to have a good grasp of his hands though. His hands cannot have the option to counter the blow. The second form of a groin attack is performed with the hands. Grab it, twist it, and squeeze it. When I say squeeze it, I mean squeeze it hard. This women’s self defense technique will render your opponent in extreme pain, thereby giving you more time to escape.

If an assailant grabs your body from the back, raise your arms (if possible) behind you and try pressing your thumbs against face (targeting the eyes). This will make him experience a sharp pain. Quickly continue by striking his ears with the palm of your hands. If an assailant grabs your body from the front, push against his chin with your hands. Next, bring up your leg and wam your shoe (hi-heel preferred) into the big toe of his shoe. If an assailant grabs you from the side, strike at his throat with your elbow. And then of course, complete it with a groin attack.

Anytime you are attacked, fight back. But, fight back intelligently using proven women’s self defense techniques. Do not just flap your hands and arms without control. You must have a strategy and remain in control at all times. This means not allowing panic to overtake your senses.
