Scalp Treatment – How to Do it at Home

Growing Hair, Scalp Massage

By giving yourself a scalp treatment at home once a month you will have a healthy scalp and in turn get healthier, fuller, longer hair. Let’s face it, having healthy hair makes us feel good about ourselves and by doing this treatment you can have healthier, shinier, and even more beautiful hair.

The Benefits of a Scalp Treatment:

Removes dead skin from scalp.

Relieves itchy, dry scalp.

Promotes blood circulation in scalp.

Makes hair grow faster.

Strengthens hair shaft.

As you can see, you get many benefits by doing scalp treatments. This can be very relaxing if you go to a salon to get this service done, but you can do this from home as well and get the same benefits you would at the salon, without the relaxation of having a scalp massage.

Things you will need:

Bristle Brush, a natural bristle brush works best, but you can use a synthetic bristle brush.

After one section is completed secure hair with a hair clip.

Continue with this process until the entire scalp is covered with cholesterol.

Go back to the beginning section where you first applied the cholesterol and again taking smaller parts of hair, apply the cholesterol to the length of your hair.

After you have continued this process and have your entire head and hair covered in cholesterol, cover your hair with a shower cap.

Wrap your shower cap covered head with a heated towel, (you can heat the towel with hot water or by placing a wet towel in the dryer for a few minutes.)

Keep hair covered for 15 minutes and wash out, using a gentle shampoo, followed by your daily conditioner.

By doing this scalp treatment at least once a month you will have healthy hair, a healthy scalp, fast hair growth, and deep conditioned hair.
