A note of caution is that blonde hair needs to have that healthy look; limp and unlooked after hair can look dull and lifeless. Lighter tones have to be looked after more than dark tones.

RED: Redheads, also called gingers, stand out in a crowd because of their vibrant hair color. Red hair color can range from bright copper to burnt orange to deep burgundy. Just like blonde hair, red hair is more suited to fair people. Blonde and red hair colors are both high maintenance colors. Both need to be protected from sunlight and heat. BROWN/BRUNETTE: This color can range from light brown to deep brunette/almost black. One reason for brown/brunette’s evergreen popularity is that it goes well with most types of skin tones and facial features.

BLACK: Black is a great hair color for those with medium to dark skin. For someone with fair skin, black hair can help the colors of the eyes to stand out. To do justice to black hair, it is important that it is kept shinny. Subtle overlays of brown can also enhance the black color. To prevent black hair color from becoming boring, keep it healthy and shinny.
