Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar Review

Sea Salt, Starkist

Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar Potato chip snack taste a lot like the vinegar and salt potato chips. Pop chips, which contain 50 percent less fat compared to regular fried potato chips, are quite a bit thicker than the average chip. But are they the best chips on earth?

They satisfy any craving for munching and always give me that mood lift. Potatoes are supposed to give a serotonin boost.

Although I’ve tried several of the Pop chips flavors including the Sour Cream and Onion flavor, I like the sea salt and vinegar one when I want something salty and sour. If you don’t like sour foods, you won’t like these pop chips. Although they are not the best chips on earth, these chips are sour enough to make your toes curl, which can be a good thing. And they may be the best diet potato chips I’ve had.

I purchased the Sea Salt and Vinegar Pop Chips from Whole Food Market.

Here are a few things I learned from my Pop Chips Review:

No. 1: Pop Chips calories: The Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar has 120 calories in 22 chips.

No. 2: Pop Chips fat: The Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar contains 4 grams of fat.

No. 3: Pop Chips nutritional facts: The Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar has 1 gram of fiber, 1 gram of sugar, 1 gram of protein and 20 grams of carbohydrates. It has 260 mg sodium.

No. 4: Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar ingredients: The chips contain potato flakes, safflower oil and/or sunflower oil, seasoning, sea salt, vinegar, evaporated cane juice, rice flour, dried potatoes, canola oil and salt.

No. 5: Are Pop Chips gluten free? Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar is gluten free. It contains no wheat or gluten but it is made on equipment shared with wheat.

Pop Chips is a product of the United States and distributed out of San Francisco, California.

The Pop Chips are great for dieters. Even if you ate the entire 3 ounce bag, you would still only be consuming 360 calories, which is not bad for a binge.

How do they make Pop Chips? They add heat and pressure to pop the chips.

For taste and nutrition, I give the Pop Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar 4.9 out of 5 stars.
